I hate to ask but, is Mortal Kombat Armageddon dead?

I hate to have to ask this, but recently I decided to try playing MKA online.
However, it seems sony has shut down all online support for ps2.
I tried using bobzent's servers, but none worked.
Is this game completely dead now?
Could somebody perhaps help an avid gamer out?

Bobz and Cristian's DNS running both MK6+MK7 aka Deception and Armageddon

MK6 needs DNAS patch or the bypass code , I used this tut to do so

The code route make a notepad containing:

Bear in mind playing off USB and HDD are not cross-compatible , the differences in loads break sync . So I've got on both . Haven't tested with DVD peoples yet

Last time I tried with someone on both MKA and MKD but we always got "Synch failure" error even if we both played with USB. But I know it's working, other people can play!
