PS2 Online Gaming

Had a great game with a variety of people, we were quickscoping for the most part. I had a lot of fun with one person in particular SS DrMangler. If anyone knows this person please provide me with contact details as I'd love to have more games with them.

I thought you were going to play at night that why I couldn't come.

What do you mean by quickscoping?

how do you quick scope in that game? Is that even possible?

Did you guys use Xlink for this game? The official servers are still up, but they are HARD to connect to.

No, we usually play on the official servers. This game is pretty boring with just 1 or 2 other people.

This game's online mode nearly requires that you have your PS2 on DMZ, or at least have all the ports forwarded that the game requires. You also need to be patient and keep trying to connect. Sometimes it'll go through if another player leaves, or you are able to connect through some act of God.

I have to hook my ps3 (thats what i play ps2 games on) directly to my modem to connect to the servers. They are HARD to connect to.

He was in the Cod2 forums on Gamespot.com, and he messaged me because he wanted to play cod2 online with me. I'm friends with him on Gamespot.com, I can message him for you or something.

Are any of you guys gonna play Big Red One next weekend?
