How to connect online with THPS4/THUG

Hi everyone this is my discreption of how to get back online on THPS4/THUG1 using snipes server.

1. Start up THPS4/THUG and press options
2. Go to network settings and choose network adapter on what network you use even if you have the slim and use an ethernet cabel.
3. On auto obtain DNS server? select no.
4. In dns server 1 put in 99.198.122.113, save the settings.
5. Go to THUG online play and choose internet NOT LAN!
6. Accept the terms of service
7. You may get one or more failed to connect but just try once and once again til u get snipes message of the day.
8. Then press online play, if you have succed you should then see the lobby list, contragtulations you are once again online at THPS4/THUG1.

THUG1 is most active, but it would be fun to see more people on THPS4.

I have pro skater 4 and will test this out. Is there a site for the new servers? How is this back up? Is the guy going to release the server software?

I never even knew the official servers were down for these games...

I played on these servers a few years ago with THUG. Seemed to work pretty well once you got the game configured.

Are there many hackers on these servers? Or are people actually there to play the game?

Yea would be nice if he released the server software, so if he ever takes down the servers someone else could host them and keep the games online.

No hackers only in the beta server!
