I hate to break it to you, but Socom 1 was shutdown back in August 2012 along with the Socom games. However, there is still a thriving community that still plays Socom 2 via Xlink. Maybe you can hook up with those guys.

Go to
www.teamxlink.co.uk, sign up for an account, and download the program. There should be individual rooms for every PS2 game that has a LAN option.

Midnight Club 2 should be up via OpenSpy AFAIK, it's an early PS2 game without DNAS.
