PS2 Online Gaming

Hi, in the last weekend i was tried create a new account to me on Champions of Norrath Return to Arms and i received a message after fill all fields to create: Connection time out or something like, the game are working ok? somebody have the same problem?

i made an account some how... i should look into it again... and see if it's still active.
