Can anyone confirm whether or not Commandos Strike Force for PS2 features a LAN mode?
While this game is currently not reported to have featured a LAN mode on PS2, there is strong evidence to support the idea that this game does infact feature a LAN mode. The PC, PS2 and Xbox versions of the game were all developed by Pyro Studios, and it is known that the PC and Xbox versions both feature a LAN mode.
Published by Eidos, their other PS2 online games, 25 to Life and Project: Snowblind also both feature online multiplayer modes including LAN. Like those two games, Commandos Stike Force's normal online server for PS2 has been terminated. The game currently goes for $4.99 used at GameStop if anyone would like to give it a shot.
See if you have what it takes to join an elite team of commandos. Commandos Strike Force is a new WWII shooter that puts you in control of the three members of the Strike Force unit. During the game, you play as a Green Beret (an expert in combat and the use of heavy weaponry), a sniper (an expert marksman), and a spy (an expert in stealthy attacks).
