We played for a few hours and had some really fun races.
BTW for anyone that isn't sure whether they can get xbslink to work: XBSlink uses upnp to forward ports just like xlink kai so if you can use that you shouldn't have any issues with xbslink, aside from initially setting it up.
I did not have to manually foward any ports in order to host or join.

I've managed to invite 3 people through my Windows Messenger list to play JakX at the right time, there was no scheduling, that's how we do most of the times. We are usually online everynight at this same time, if you have Windows Messenger or MSN, you can find us and invite us as well. I don't have Wawowe on my Windows Messenger list so I had to access the chat room of this site to invite him, and luckly he was there, but he was the only one. By now the only one from this site I can see online on my list is Lazyhoboguy and unfortunately he couldn't play at the time. If anyone have Windows Messenger or MSN please add me to your list, my address is on my profile. I use the Windows Messenger that came with my Winsows XP by the way.

Yes it is a really fun game. You'd want to get the greatest hits version of the game though, becaues the normal version has an autosave glitch that can potentially corrupt your memory card if you are using a slim ps2 (the fat isnt affected). The greatest hits version of the game has this issue fixed.
