Can't get online in Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

I’m trying to play Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland online. My IP address is set to automatic and my primary DNS is 66.66.23.98 (Bobz.) My secondary DNS is 45.7.228.197 (Cristian.) I get past DNAS. Then it says “Status Connecting to master server…” but it just hangs there indefinitely. What am I doing incorrectly?
