Battlefield 2: Modern Combat Online Account

I found my copy of bf2:mc the other day and I went to online and realized that I forgot my account info. I tryed to make a new account and learned that account creation had been closed. I was very sad so I got on good ole' youtube to beg For an account but everyone had given their spare accounts away. Does anyone have a spare account? Is there any way to can try to go to EA's website or something and try to go through the forgot password process to recover your account?

I doubt many people have spare accounts they are willing to give up.

People say that you can't use EA accounts or Gamespy accounts created on any other game or on their websites. When I went to EA's account recovery, it was just for the website and ps3 games.

Last 2 times I tried logging into the servers it says they was unavailable. I have an account I made a couple years back, but when i logged in I seen their was no maps to play then got booted with server down message. Are they back up and going?

I'm not sure. I lost my account. Everyone on youtube says they are back up.

I just got on a few minutes ago, I can see the servers and join them. There are around 70 people on right now

do you need a special bf2 mc account or can you just use a normal gamespy account
