This has been something K3rber0s and I have been working on for sometime and we started open testing back on the 18th. While some features still aren't implemented I figured I'd post about it here for anyone who is interested.

Added support for SOCOM II PAL (AUS) and the Korean version on the test server

Both require a DNAS bypass and I suggest using:

The extra step for the NTSC version (custom patch) isn't needed

Added support for the PAL (EU) version of SOCOM II to the test server.

Nothing special is required.
