Re: DNAS forever

Actually Blitz the league used gamespy so you should be able to try it out with openspy.

Re: DNAS forever

Ok I think we need to make some things very clear. 1. Just because DNAS works for old games now doesn't mean they have servers to connect to DNAS was a check for sony to stop pirating and cheating. DNAS being down stops games that could still connect online from getting online. If a game doesn't hav...

Re: DNAS forever

I tried to get as many GameSpy games as possible before it got shuttdown. If the game is on the list at the beginning of this topic then it should work. Not sure what DNS forwards both openspy and the server though ATM.

Re: DNAS,DNS, Wiki and more....

DNAS is down for all games AFAIK. But like I said, no23 here made a custom DNAS server that some of the DNS's point to. Only games that were submitted before they went down work on it though so there are other games that don't work.

Re: Phantasy Star Universe

If you look at clementine's FAQ, he mentions that the PS2 is possible but unlikely. Phantasy star universe should be able to pass DNAS now thanks to no23's server though. That server is still in closed beta last time I checked. If the server does get up and running, it may be possible that the ps2 v...

Re: Have we lost Mortal Kombat Deception?

You know, if you using OPL, you can try to use a code for a game that was submitted to the DNAS packet capturing. It probably won't work but it is worth a shot.

DNAS,DNS, Wiki and more....

Quite a lot has happened on the scene recently. The first and probably most important if that the user no23 has been able to create a custom DNAS server that passes games that were able to be tested. A full list can be found here: http://ps2onlinegaming.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1990 . Luckily ...

Re: Mode LAN XBSLINK.

Same lan works. Works the same way as xlink does. Also this list isn't accurate. American Wasteland doesn't have LAN from what I know and DDR X has LAN and is on xlink kai but isn't listed.

Re: DNAS forever

Thanks a lot no23 for the work. This was literally the main obstacle from keeping large number of games online forever with openspy and various other servers. I apologize for not getting more gamespy games working. I had them all downloaded but didn't get to them in time. I didn't expect the servers...
