Probably not right now. But a board is only as active as participating users, right? With emulation becoming better and better less people play on actual consoles. Or rather are not able to play anymore with more and more dying consoles

Got this game today. We should try it out sometime soon.

You probably wouldn't be able alter that config file later in a game even if you manage to add more configs now. The games would probably only detect 4 or not detect the file at all and remove everything added afterwards.

For the games without a tool it might be interesting to see how the games ...
