Aim down sights? Hm... I'd go with Call of Duty Big Red One. Other than that and a couple other games, most PS2 FPS's are just good ol' fashioned zoom in/out, like Black or TimeSplitters.

If you want ADS get cod1, cod2, or cod3; If you want 3rd person get a Socom or swbf2; and if you want something different get tsfp, uya, or bf2:mc (bf2 is like Slacker said, zoom in/out like tsfp).

BF2MC best zoom in and out(all guns but the shotguns scope like snipers with R3). Best ADS is COD.
